Room block to be held until 12/15/2023 without a deposit. Any remaining room will be released back into inventory availability.

Individual pay for each hotel rooms at check-in. $100.00 - Deposit required at the time of making a reservation for a hotel room. Credit card required at check-in for any incidentals.

Online - To make reservations through our website (desktop version) go to www.devilsheadresort.com and in the top right corner under "Booking" click on "Lodging".

Once on the "Lodging" page of the website enter the arrival and departure dates (2 night minimum stays required).  In the Group Code section enter - 20224C.  This allows your group members to book directly into the group block that you have setup. 

The second option is to call the resort directly at 608-493-2204 touch 1 for reservations.  When making their reservations, please have them refer to the group name -

Chestnut Race Team to the reservationists.  This will book the room directly in the group room block. 

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 5 or more days prior to arrival date will receive 80% of the deposit back. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 100% of the deposit. No refunds for unused portions of lodging.
